DESCRIPTION:Join Shaver’s Creek staff members Alexa Sarussi and Olivia St
 as for a free\, in-person\, and socially distanced morning of nature journ
 aling. July’s Community Nature Journaling focus will be… Undercover Cr
 itters!\nWe’ll be rolling logs to sketch and write about the furtive fau
 na that live just below the dank\, dark forest floor! Local ecologist\, Ca
 rli Dinsmore\, will join us to share her wisdom of these insects\, fungi\,
  salamanders\, and more. We are extending the length of this program to in
 clude an extra 1/2 hour for more exploration and journaling.\nThis session
  will introduce participants to diverse nature journaling techniques while
  exploring the trails around Shaver’s Creek. It will culminate with shar
 ing our learnings and reflecting together. All ages\, families\, and indiv
 iduals are welcome. We encourage parents to bring children who express gen
 uine interest in nature drawing and to monitor their behavior. Youth parti
 cipants must be accompanied by an adult participant.\nLearn more and regis
