DESCRIPTION:Did you know that Pennsylvania is home to hundreds of different
  bee species that play vital roles in supporting the farms that grow our f
 ood? Bees may be one of our most prolific pollinators\, but there are many
  other players in the pollination game! Join us to explore the amazing wor
 ld of Pennsylvania’s many pollinators and the role they play in the pres
 ervation of our beautiful spring ecosystem and the local food supply.\nIn 
 this Science Saturday program\, learn about natural history\, conservation
  opportunities\, and current research related to Pennsylvania’s many pol
 linators. \nWe will meet in the Weidemann Bookstore and Gift Shop in our 
 visitor center at the start of the program. This program consists of a pre
 sentation with activities and a guided nature walk. Youth participants mus
 t be accompanied by an adult participant. Please dress appropriately for t
 he weather as we will spend time outside. All ages\, families\, and indivi
 duals are welcome.\nRegister\nRegistration is limited to 20 participants.\
 nThis event is free and open to the public thanks to the generous support 
 of Shaver’s Creek members.
