My summers were always spent at Shaver’s Creek summer camp as a camper. I fondly remember playing outdoor games and morning circle with Doug and Ellen, Outdoor School with Goshawk, and being a LIT in high school.

Shaver’s Creek prepared me for a life working in education. I work as an elementary school teacher and deeply believe in and foster the need for kids to be outdoors, playing games and singing songs.
