I enjoyed the Halloween Trail in the ’90s and characters along the trail. Block semester in ’05 was great, including traveling to the Northeast and Cape Cod. At SCEC back then was the old shop and maintenance shed, detached office buildings and program shed, the old kitchen, the old raptor center, and possibly bathrooms, no pavilion or point pavilion, and the trail to Stone Valley was pretty swampy. As an intern in ’08/’09, I lived at the Roost and attended Farm Show. I had many fond years at Summer Camp, including many fun recipes for a successful week, regattas, campfires, Saturday breakfasts, and more. Spending time with pre-K kids at Kids Corner is always a joy to the world. ODS has offered countless memories of activities, meals, campfires, and goodbyes to serve a lifetime. SCEC also graciously supported me in serving as PAEE president for a term. There’s also driving over the mountain, spring flowers, amphibians and woodcocks, birding cup, back to school in the fall, winter sunsets over the lake, and solstice celebrations. I have had the pleasure of knowing many interns, staff, students, participants, parents, teachers, and more, all of whom have taught me something valuable. Thank you!
