Did you miss our Friday the 13th Owl Prowl back in March? No problem, join long time volunteers Rodney Brubaker and Carolyn Muse in the Hamer Classroom as they offer an indoor slide show to learn about the most common owls of central Pennsylvania and how to identify them. Afterward, participants can take a leisurely walk on nearby trails in hopes of hearing the owls of the Shaver’s Creek forest. This is the time of year owls begin to establish mating/nesting territories. With some luck and effective listening, we may hear them!
