I’m glad to report that we’ve restocked the shelves of our bookstore with 10 more autographed copies of Nick Bolgiano and Greg Grove’s Birds of Central Pennsylvania, after the first 10 sold in a flash.
The book includes wonderful descriptions, maps, graphics and species accounts of the best birding around these parts! You can also pick one up at Webster’s Bookstore in downtown State College (but I’m not sure that theirs are autographed!) When you come out to Shaver’s Creek to get your copy, stick around to visit the denizen House Wrens, Eastern Phoebes, Eastern Wood Pewees, Scarlet Tanagers and Ruby-throated Hummingbirds around the Center; not to mention our resident hawks, owls and eagles!
