Join us on May 11th for the fourth and final workshop of the Human Nature Series! This action-packed workshop is all about Physical Activity in the Outdoors. Guest will include Freeze Thaw Cycles, Tussey Mountain Outfitters, Rothrock Outfitters, Purple Lizard Maps, Penn State Outing Club, Penn State Outdoor Adventures, Stone Valley Recreation Area, Centre County Disc Golf Association, Friends of Rothrock, and more. These local outdoor adventure experts will show you all of the incredible opportunities that we have right here in central Pennsylvania to get moving in the outdoors. Spend the afternoon trying demo bikes and boats, learning to read maps, playing disc golf, hiking our trails, and meeting people in our outdoor community!

PLEASE preregister below if you plan to attend! This event is FREE, but preregistration helps us to know how many people to expect.

This series of public workshops will help our community to understand the countless benefits of connecting our health to the natural world and give attendees the opportunity to expand their toolbox for using nature to build a healthier life.

The event is free thanks to the support of our members; however, we will accept donations.
